New Beginnings

Barba Quixote started nearly a decade ago with a small food stall in the front of the house on Neighborhood Yard Sale Day. Since then, we’ve been quiet– a meeting here, an event there, and even a roughly-made website built by a 10-year-old somewhere along the way– but now we’re back and better than ever.

While Barba Quixote’s physical location is not yet fully realized, we’ve gotten our feet wet with “Chef’dOvers,” our YouTube channel. In it, Chef Tommy teaches his audience the techniques he uses to make his fusion cuisine through cooking some of his favorite international recipes, like Vietnamese pho, Peruvian chicken, and Korean kalbi ribs. We’ve also started a blog through our website, barbaquixote.com, and are hoping to engage readers and contributors who have similar interests through regular recipe reviews and behind-the-scenes stories.

Thank you to all of you who have supported and believed in us, and we look forward to taking you with us on our journey!
