Welcome! I’m Tommy, aspiring Head Chef of Barba Quixote. Day to day, I’m a regular, everyday suburbanite with a wife, kids, IT career, and a mortgage. However, I thrive on my obsession with culinary experimentation and whatever I can find that challenges me. What I love to do most is share my culinary passion with others and inspire them to create and cook in their own home.
